There is some truth to privatization of some of the functions - for instance,
window washing, grounds keeping, etc.  What I'm hearing is that if you can
find the service in the yellow pages, then it's up for consideration for
contracting out.

There is talk (only) about taking a look at other functions (like contracting,
review) - but that will be some time coming.

Remember - NOTHING happens fast at the NIH.
