Re: Disclosure survey Jon Hart 23 Apr 2003 15:14 EST

Carolyn,
As you may know, as you're across the street, we have a multi-flavored
system. For the Sponsored Programs office, we require disclosure as
part of our Routing Sheet, and we don't sign off on the application
without it being filled out and signed. That reporting is referenced to
the federal regs. Disclosure is required for annual and continuing
review. Disclosure is necessarily 100%.

We also have an institutional, annual reporting for all faculty, which
is more stringent than that required by the federal regs, and which
winds up in the President's office/COI committee for review. I don't
have the figures on that, but have requested them, and my general
understanding is it's close to 100%.
