Reimbursement of Federal employees with Federal funds Valerie Seaquist 20 Feb 2003 14:58 EST

Good Afternoon,

It is my understanding that we cannot use Federal contract or grant funds to
pay (as a fee or honorarium) or reimburse (travel costs) a Federal employee
(regardless of which Federal agency the employee belongs to and which
Federal agency is funding the award) to attend a conference, present a
seminar, consult, etc.

Am I correct? Partially correct?
