NIH has people who can put on a seminar for you. They are actually quite
good.

Dear Colleagues:

Our Office of Grants and Contracts would like to sponsor a workshop on how
to prepare a successful research grant application to the NIH. Have you
offered this type of workshop at your Institution? If yes, did you bring in
a consultant? Was the workshop successful? If you used a consultant, whom
would you recommend? Your recommendations or comments on your experiences
in this regard will be sincerely appreciated.

Thanks and Happy New Year.
