Confidentiality Agreements Blake" A. "Valerie 13 Nov 2002 13:56 EST
This question is posed to those who review (and negotiate) Confidentiality
Agreements for investigators who want to participate in industry-sponsored
clinical trials. We are experiencing increasing resistance from Sponsors
and/or their CRO's to include language in the Agreement that states they
will mark their materials as confidential, and if information is conveyed
verbally, they will reduce that information to writing and mark it as
confidential. Are you having similar experiences, and if so, how are you
handling it?

All comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Valerie
