We are a University System with a fully integrated Human Subjects Protection
Program Across 5 campuses, with 3 IRB systems in place.  Our salary levels
are consistent with east coast NY/NJ metropolitan area.

Each campus has 1 director, 1 manager and various staff positions

Director range:  64,944-97,416

to get some comparison information regarding the suggested salary.

If you have a position on your campus that handles all IRB stuff,
scientific misconduct, and COI -- with a few "other duties as assigned
thrown in" -- please reply to me directly at xxxxxx@selway.umt.edu and
identify the salary range for that position, or respond with whatever you
are comfortable:

30,000 - 35,000
35,000 - 40,000
40,000 - 45,000
45,000 - 50,000
Above 50,000
