Thank you for your thoughtful reply.  I was aware of SRA's regional
conferences for departmental administrators but, the truth is that none of
our investigators would pay to send their secretaries/administrators to
such a conference.  I am pleased to learn it is going to be available on CD
- that will be an excellent resource that we will look into.
