Please do not continue to perpetuate the myth/misconception/malpractice
that recovered IDC's can/should be awarded to anyone in any form.  These
are recovered actual costs already expensed, or else someone is not playing
by the rules.

Best, if you want to hand out rewards, to call it a reward from
institutional discretionary funds/endowments and cease this mislabelling,
if at all possible (IMHO).
