NSF IGERT program Amy Hibbard 05 Jun 2001 16:30 EST

Hello All-
I'm reviewing the budgetary info for the NSF IGERT program, and it limits
F&A costs to 8% of total direct, excluding equipment and cost-of-education
allowances. What exactly are "cost-of-education allowances"? Does this
include stipends, tuition waivers, teaching materials? I've searched the
GPG, but there doesn't seem to be a direct lisiting.
Thanks,
-Amy Hibbard
