Maintaining copies of proposals Eleanor M. Cicinsky 23 May 2001 07:43 EST

We keep rejected proposals 5 years max on a rotating basis. We are
now purging 1996 rejected proposals. Funded proposals that have ended
are stored in the office for as long as they will fit in the drawers
then are catalogued and shipped to archives where they are stored for 10
years. Our instructions after 10 years are to have them purged.
