Fixed Price Contracts Tania H. Clucas 01 May 2001 19:14 EST

Hi - I'm looking for somewhere to justify my position that I do not need
to provide any documentation of my expenses for a fixed price contract.
We quoted a reasonable price for the task, they accepted, we provided
deliverables and a bill. That should be it. They are asking for
documentation of our costs beyond the reasonable.

Can ANYONE help me find a citation to backup that this is the way it is
with a fixed price contract? This is a firm fixed price contract. I
started in the FARs, the circulars, and suspect I am not on the right
track.

Thank

Tania
