Re: FIPSE Proposals Jeff Myers 13 Mar 2001 10:52 EST

Hello all:

I'm not normally involved in proposal process but I'm crossing over to the
dark side for a bit. :) We have faculty applying to the FIPSE "Learning
Anytime Anywhere Partnerships (LAAP)" program which requires a 100%
match. Does anyone know if you can use unrecovered IDC as match? If it is
allowable, will using it (as opposed to hard dollars) negatively impact
your likelihood of success? We can't find any prohibition on it in the
guidelines. However, I seem to recall discussion in this forum in the past
about the issue as it pertains to FIPSE/USDE. Thanks in advance.

Jeff
