Indiana State Agency Jeff Myers 23 Jan 2001 15:31 EST

Hi All:

We're trying to negotiate a relatively large research agreement with an
agency of the State of Indiana (mostly assessment work, out in the field)
and it has a great deal of generally unacceptable language. The agency
says they never budge on such agreements. We're between the usual rock
and a hard place, the other being the faculty researchers. If anyone has
any experience with the State of Indiana I would appreciate any advice you
might have. Feel free to e-mail directly or call. Thanks.

Jeff
