Qualification Responses John Cosgrove 16 Jan 2001 17:55 EST

I am a newcomer to the list and am overwhelmed by the response to my
question of earlier today. Thought you deserved some feedback as well as
my thanks. Just a little while after I put the question out, I had received
a dozen responses. The consensus was that ability, experience and trust
were more important than degrees. I know that I've understated some of your
responses but, while there were no negative "votes", there were one or two
conditioned answers, that it depended on what you were asking her to
approve.

Once again, thanksand thanks for making a " newby" feel welcome.
