I have found this list-serv to be a valuable resource over the last year--so
if I have had to "weed" through the emails (sometimes involving an endless
discussion on one topic or another), I have not really minded.  Including in
the weeding process is recognizing that sometimes one can hit the reply
button to all of the list-serv members instead of the one person intended,
an honest mistake that any of us could make.  As professionals we should not
now embarrass this person any more than she probably already is.
