Consortium Arrangemetns for NIH STTR Phase II applications Wilma G. Ennenga 29 Jul 2000 17:57 EST

Good morning you'all,

NIH's Phase II STTR guidelines stipulate that "research space occupied by
an STTR grantee organization [at a Research Institution] must be space that
is available to and under the control of the STTR grantee for the conduct
of its portion of the proposed project. The Consortium guidelines require
the collaborating institution to certify that the STTR grantee "will have
unlimited access to and control over the research space." If you're
participating in a Phase II proposal (which must be received 08/01/2000),
how are you handling this requirement?

Thanks,

Winnie Ennenga
