Winnie,

You should be able to paste  (good old Copy/Paste Commands) the image file
directly into the appropriate place of the pdf document if the document
isn't protected.  Size the image first in other software - wordprocessing
software will do just fine.  Another alternative is to place a "button"
type form field in the signature area and use the image file as the button
face.  If you want step by step, give me a call.  On the other hand, are
you sure you want to do this?  I haven't had much luck getting any federal
agency to take a 424 with less than an original signature.
