Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for the following
position:

Grants Coordinator I in the Office of Grants and Sponsored
Research.  Duties will include: providing support to the Assistant
Vice-President for Grants and Sponsored Research and other
faculty/staff related to the acquisition and management of externally
funded programs; researching funding opportunities from computer
databases, on-line services, and other federal, state, and community
resources; reviewing, editing, and verifying budgetary figures; and
ensure overall completeness of grant applications per agency�s
guidelines and university, state, and federal guidelines.  Successful
candidates must possess strong organizational and management skills,
be able to communicate effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements:  Bachelor�s Degree and experience in personnel grant
in aid, or public administration required.  University or state experience,
skills in word processing and spreadsheets preferred.  Should be
especially familiar with creating and running database queries and
designing and maintaining web pages.
