Hello Nancy,

My cry for help bounces back to me with an unauthorized sender note.
Would you please post my request? Thanks so much! Sharon

To all the friendly experts on this list,

This is my first experience in assisting a faculty member with a
Collaborative Proposal, and I am somewhat confused by the information
given on pages 14 and 15 of GPG NSF00-2. Another institution (East
Coast) is taking the lead in submitting the proposal, but we are
requesting that separate awards be made to each institution. The
proposal will be paper submission and the deadline is 2/15/00.

If we are asking for separate awards, does each university submit 15
copies of the proposal with university specific cover pages, vitae,
budgets, current and pending, facilities forms but with the same
narrative and references?

Or does the lead institution send the 15 copies and the collaborators
send one original. Does that original go to the Directorate or to the
PPU?

Or does the lead institution attach cover sheets and separate budgets
from collaborators to their proposal and send it as one submittal?

As always, Thanks for your help!

Sincerely,

Sharon Kuhlenschmidt
